    Chris Keyworth is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Professor at The University of Leeds with interests in healthcare professional-patient communication and applying evidence-based theory to understanding behaviour change (both patients and healthcare professionals). 

  • Mark Conner

    Mark Conner - Professor Applied Social Psychologist

    Mark Conner is Professor applied social psychologist at The University of Leeds with interests focusing on understanding and changing health behaviours. This includes work on the attitude-behaviour relationship, psychological models of the determinants of health behaviours, cognitive versus affective influences on behaviour, the effects of the mere measurement of cognition, and attitudinal ambivalence.

    Chris Armitage - Professor of Health Psychology and Director of Research

    Chris Armitage is Professor of Health Psychology and Director of Research in the University of Manchester Centre for Health Psychology in the School of Health Sciences, and his research uses psychological theory to develop effective behaviour change interventions. 

  • Judith Johnson

    Judith Johnson - Associate Professor and Clinical Psychologist

    Judith Johnson is Associate Professor and Clinical Psychologist based at both the School of Psychology, University of Leeds, and the Bradford Institute for Health Research. Jude is an expert in psychological resilience, and her work has been used to develop a training intervention to equip healthcare staff to cope better with stressful clinical events.

    Tracy Epton is a chartered psychologist and senior lecturer at The University of Manchester. Her work examines the effectiveness of behaviour change techniques, and developing, implementing and evaluating behaviour change interventions using laboratory and field based randomised controlled trials

    Kathy Vogt is a Clinical Trainee Psychologist at the University of Liverpool and Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the University of Leeds, with a background in health psychology. Her interests are in mixed-methods research design.
